Epic gets the final update of 2021.

On Oct. 24, Epic received its last major update of 2021, bringing some noteworthy enhancements to improve workflows and impact patient care. This not only includes a new tool to identify patients at risk of deterioration, but additional tools that improve communication and documentation.
